Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud / Agentforce with hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Agentforce, Salesforce integrations, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, and Async Apex.


• Build LWC and Lightning App Builder components for Service Console.


• Configure Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and CTI integrations.


• Develop Agentforce/Einstein Copilot actions, topics, prompt templates, and Flow integrations.


• Design Salesforce objects, validation rules, record types, security, and custom metadata.


• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, Named Credentials, Platform Events, CDC, and Apex REST.


• Work with Marketing Cloud integrations and engagement data.


• Implement Salesforce security and audit controls.


• Develop test classes with 75%+ code coverage.


• Support deployments using SFDX/DevOps Center/Copado, Git, and CI/CD.


• Optimize Service Console and screen-pop performance.
