Requirements

• The Senior Salesforce ESM Developer is responsible for end-to-end development of scalable Enterprise Service Management solutions on Salesforce, with a focus on complex automation, integrations, and production-grade development.
  


• Design and develop ESM solutions using Communications Cloud.
  


• Bring 3+ years of experience in Communications Cloud / ESM implementations.
  


• Implement advanced record-triggered and screen Flows.
  


• Develop complex Apex, Triggers, and LWCs.
  


• Implement SLAs, Entitlements, and escalation frameworks.
  


• Build REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
  


• Configure Experience Cloud portals for enterprise services.
  


• Implement security using profiles, permission sets, and sharing.
  


• Support UAT, deployments, and production incidents.
  


• Mentor junior developers.
  


• Strong hands-on experience with Communications Cloud.
  


• Strong skills in Apex, LWC, integrations, test classes, SOQL, asynchronous processing, and data modeling.
  


• Strong hands-on experience with Product Catalogue and Order-to-Asset flows.
  


• Salesforce integrations using REST and Platform Events.
  


• Enterprise security and data access models.
  


• CI/CD using SFDX and Git.
  

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
