Job Description - Salesforce Instructor

The Salesforce Trainer will develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for Salesforce users.
This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce features and functionalities, along with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to support and empower users across various departments.

Responsibilities:

Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for different user groups.
Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different teams or departments.
Provide one -on -one or group training sessions to end -users.Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce -related issues.Develop and maintain a knowledge base for common user questions and problems.
Create engaging and interactive training content, such as video tutorials, e -learning modules, and hands -on exercises. Ensure training materials are up -to -date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Continuously improve training methods and materials based on user feedback and changes in Salesforce functionality.
Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to stay informed about new features and system updates. Collaborate with other departments to understand their unique Salesforce needs and challenges.
Maintain detailed records of training sessions, including attendance, feedback, and performance metrics. Develop and manage a library of training documentation and resources.

Requirements

Degree: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration) is often preferred.
Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Trainer (such as the Salesforce Certified Instructor) can enhance your credibility.
Salesforce Experience: Hands -on experience using Salesforce, including familiarity with its various modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Training Experience: Prior experience in training or teaching, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.

Office time: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST
