As a Salesforce LwC & Apex & Integration- Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions, leveraging your skills in Salesforce Consulting within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards while navigating complex situations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with clients to analyze their needs and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for managing workstreams, developing deliverables, and using your problem-solving skills to address client challenges. This position offers the opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills while contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LwC) and Apex to meet client needs
- Integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems to enhance functionality and streamline processes
- Managing and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations for diverse client projects
- Conducting business process modeling to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology integration
- Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Leading the design and architecture of Salesforce projects, confirming alignment with client business models
- Providing technical consultation and support throughout the project lifecycle to address client challenges
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation and training materials for Salesforce solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on client solutions
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration
- Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities
- Excelling in project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations
