We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding the Salesforce services portfolio. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in business development, enterprise sales, and Salesforce solutions.

You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from prospect identification and lead generation through discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, an understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and the ability to engage with business and technology decision-makers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive new business development and revenue growth for Salesforce services and solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new prospects across relevant industries and target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, IT decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Understand customer business challenges and position appropriate Salesforce solutions to address their requirements.
• Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, partnerships, and other channels.
• Develop and execute account strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Conduct client presentations, discovery meetings, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce consultants, solution architects, delivery teams, and technical experts to develop relevant proposals.
• Prepare and manage proposals, presentations, quotations, Statements of Work, and other sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, opportunity stages, and activity records.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, Salesforce ecosystem developments, and emerging customer needs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, managed services, and related offerings.
• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and establish the organization as a trusted Salesforce technology partner.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 6+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, technology sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong experience as a Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or Enterprise Sales professional.
• Proven track record of generating new business and consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, products, services, and implementation lifecycle.
• Experience selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, customization, integration, or managed services is highly desirable.
• Strong consultative selling and solution-positioning capabilities.
• Excellent prospecting, lead-generation, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with CXO-level and senior technology stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of B2B technology sales cycles and enterprise account management.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into relevant technology solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment will be an advantage.
