Experience: Senior Analyst / Developer (7+ Years Preferred)

CTC: ₹18–19 LPA

Requirements

Required Skills

â Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

â Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Field Service.

â Experience providing L2/L3 Production Support.

â Strong knowledge of Incident Management, RCA, and Defect Resolution.

â Experience with Salesforce configuration, Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.

â Hands-on experience with UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Deployments.

â Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
