Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in Salesforce Vlocity development with strong expertise in Order Management and Orchestration (XOM) within Telecom BSS environments.
  


• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Order Management (XOM) solutions.
  


• Configure Order Decomposition, Orchestration Plans, Task Dependencies, and Order Sequencing.
  


• Build and manage Orchestration Plans, Orchestration Items, Decomposition Relationships, and Order Lifecycle States.
  


• Implement Order Enrichment, Fulfillment, Provisioning, Billing, and Assetization processes.
  


• Integrate Salesforce Industries with network/provisioning and billing systems.
  


• Troubleshoot order fallout, resolve stuck orders, perform root cause analysis, and address dependency and integration issues.
  


• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Order Management (XOM/COM).
  


• Expertise in Order Orchestration, Order Decomposition, Fulfillment Flows, Orchestration Plans, Items, and Dependencies.
  


• Proficiency in Apex and Salesforce integrations.
  


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
