Job Description - SAP ABAP Developer (Part -Time)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our team on a part -time basis. The ideal candidate will have 5 -10 years of hands -on experience in SAP ABAP development and a strong proficiency in the latest SAP technologies. This role requires expertise in RICEF, S/3HANA, CDS views, BAS, Eclipse, RAP, AMDP, Fiori, and OData services.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and implement complex ABAP programs using RICEF methodology (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Utilize S/3HANA features like CDS views, Business Application Studio (BAS) development tools, and Eclipse IDE.
Create robust and reusable ABAP code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain Remote Access Procedures (RAP) and Advanced Business Application Programming (AMDP) for enhanced functionality.
Build user -friendly SAP Fiori applications and integrate them with OData services.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to ensure solutions meet their needs.
Maintain and update existing ABAP programs.
Stay up -to -date with the latest ABAP developments and best practices.

Requirements

5 -10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

Strong understanding of RICEF methodology.

Expertise in S/3HANA development, including CDS views and BAS tools.

Proficiency in ABAP programming language (ABAP/4 and OOABAP).

Experience with Eclipse IDE and ABAP development tools.

Experience with RAP, AMDP, Fiori development, and OData services (a plus).

Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
