As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to help clients navigate complex business challenges, from strategy to execution. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity. You will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards while developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will proactively assist in managing multiple client engagements, reporting to Managers and above. You will train and lead staff, establish effective working relationships directly with clients, and contribute to the development of your own and your team’s technical acumen. You will also be actively involved in business development activities, helping to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients. This is an opportunity to continue developing internal relationships and your PwC brand, while keeping up to date with local and national business and economic issues.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management
- Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
- Establishing and nurturing effective working relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team and self
- Staying informed about local and national business and economic trends
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new client opportunities
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing personal brand within the organization
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process optimization and improvement
- Implementing SAP solutions such as SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP NetWeaver to support business transformation
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to deliver client solutions
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of inclusion and teamwork within the team
- Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights and decision-making

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for innovative solutions
- Excelling in SAP NetWeaver for seamless integration
- Engaging in strategic technology planning for business transformation
- Embracing change and fostering process optimization
