SAP Australian Payroll Consultant

Requirements

• 8–10 years of SAP HCM experience with strong expertise in AU Payroll and knowledge of NZ Payroll.
  


• Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation experiences.
  


• Mandatory experience in AU and NZ Payroll.
  


• Mandatory experience with Positive and Negative Time Management.
  


• Strong knowledge of AU Payroll and integrations.
  


• Good understanding of standard SAP business practices and HCM business processes.
  


• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and payroll processes.
  


• Experience with data migration and third-party vendor interfaces.
  


• Knowledge of SAP Reporting and Ad Hoc Query.
  


• Experience writing functional specifications.
  


• Experience preparing test scenarios and test scripts.
  


• Ability to evaluate feasible solutions, recommend best practices, and communicate advantages and disadvantages.
  


• Act as a liaison between business customers and technical teams.
  


• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  


• Ability to translate business rules into technical requirements.
  


• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  


• Ability to work effectively in a global environment.
