SAP B1 Functional Consultant

• Template distribution and data gathering. 
  


• Database configuration 
  


• Define the detailed functional requirements and related documentations 
  


• Knowledge about the current business process, design current business flows, study current business 
  


• Processes and its complications. 
  


• Flow diagrams and DFD are preparation. 
  


• Mapping and GAP analysis for each module 
  


• Master data configuration (Data template preparation and Migration) 
  


• Preparation of Change request/new requirements specification document(RSD) 
  


• Coordination with the technical team for RSD. 
  


• Support user acceptance testing. 
  


• Opening balance Preparation and Migration. 
  


• Crystal Reports preparation. 
  


• Responsible for Post (go live) support.
  


• 2 Full Cycle Implementation and Go live.
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP B1 software
  


• Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, including financials, sales, purchasing, inventory, and production
  


• Experience configuring and customizing SAP B1 software to meet client needs
  


• At least one full lifecycle implementation experience.
  


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients to gather business requirements
  


• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
