Your Role

We are looking for a SAP BTP Solution Architect to join our Brainsquare India team, working within an international setup in close collaboration with our colleagues in Belgium.

This role is open to:

• Experienced Solution Architects already operating at architecture level

• Strong Senior Enterprise Integration Engineers (SAP) ready to step up into an architectural role

You will play a key role in shaping and evolving enterprise application landscapes, with SAP BTP as a central platform, while ensuring continuity with existing SAP PI/PO environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and evolve integration solutions on SAP BTP (Integration Suite, CPI, APIs, Event Mesh, messaging)

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable integration architectures

• Take ownership of solution design decisions within the broader enterprise landscape

• Contribute hands-on in complex integration scenarios where needed

• Ensure coexistence and gradual transition between legacy SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP

• Collaborate closely with international teams (Belgium & India) across the enterprise landscape

• Define and promote best practices, standards, and governance

• Support and guide other engineers within the integration domain

Your Profile

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP / Enterprise Integration environments, with exposure to complex integration landscapes

• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and/or related BTP services (API Management, Event Mesh, etc.)

• Solid background in SAP PI/PO or similar integration middleware

• Proven ability or clear potential to move towards solution design and architecture responsibilities

• Good understanding of integration patterns, data flows, and system-to-system communication

• Experience working in enterprise application environments with multiple stakeholders and systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical requirements into structured solutions

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Experience Level

You either:

• Already operate as a Solution Architect, or

• Are a Senior EI Engineer (SAP) with exposure to architecture and ready for the next step

Nice to Have

• Experience in complex enterprise application landscapes

• Exposure to cloud-native integration architectures

• Knowledge of non-SAP integrations (microservices, messaging platforms)

• Experience working in distributed or international teams is a strong plus
