Experienced SAP Business Analyst with 4–5 years of expertise in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and strong exposure to SAT (System Acceptance Testing). Skilled in analyzing business requirements, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating end-to-end warehouse management processes. Adept at defect tracking, test planning, integration testing, and ensuring successful SAP EWM implementations/support projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM functional solutions.
• Participate in SAT/UAT testing activities for SAP EWM enhancements and implementations.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and execute validation cycles.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and QA teams for defect resolution.
• Validate warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, replenishment, packing, and physical inventory.
• Support integration testing with SAP MM, SD, and other logistics modules.
• Track defects, retesting, and ensure closure within timelines.
• Create functional specifications, process documents, and user manuals.
• Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, and deployment activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.
• Experience in SAT/UAT coordination and execution.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and testing tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Exposure to S/4HANA EWM
• Automation testing knowledge in SAP landscape
