Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to work closely with the CFO and Finance Leadership team. The ideal candidate should possess strong SAP Finance & Controlling expertise, financial governance knowledge, and business controlling skills to support strategic finance initiatives, reporting, compliance, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CFO, Finance Controllers, and business stakeholders to understand financial requirements and deliver SAP FICO solutions.
  
• Configure and support SAP FI modules:
  • General Ledger (GL)
    
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
    
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
    
  • Bank Accounting
    
  • New GL
    
• Configure and support SAP CO modules:
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
    
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
    
  • Internal Orders
    
  • Product Costing
    
  • Profitability Analysis (COPA)
    
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and controlling processes.
  
• Drive month -end and year -end financial closing activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial governance standards.
  
• Work with cross -functional teams for integration with SD, MM, PP, and Treasury modules.
  
• Prepare functional specifications and support enhancements, testing, and deployments.
  

Required Skills

• Strong SAP FICO configuration and support experience.
  
• Hands -on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  
• Expertise in financial controlling and management reporting.
  
• Experience working directly with CFOs, Finance Heads, Controllers, or senior finance stakeholders.
  
• Strong understanding of:
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
    
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
    
  • Cost Control & Variance Analysis
    
  • Profitability Analysis
    
  • Internal Controls & Compliance
    
  • Financial Reporting
    
• Experience in UAT, change requests, enhancements, and support activities.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
