SAP HCM Benefits Specialist Position

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Benefits Specialist with strong functional expertise in SAP HCM Benefits. The candidate will be responsible for benefits configuration, implementation, support, troubleshooting, and integration with other SAP HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP HCM Benefits processes and functionalities.
  
• Handle benefits enrollment, eligibility, plans, deductions, and related employee data.
  
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
  
• Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and other functional teams.
  
• Support integrations between SAP HCM Benefits, Payroll, Time Management, and other systems.
  
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and process documentation.
  
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and production deployments.
  
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.
  
• Provide production support and resolve benefits-related incidents within agreed SLAs.
  

Preferred

• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA HCM.
  
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and integration with SAP HCM.
  
• Experience with SAP HCM Benefits interfaces and third-party benefits providers.
  
• Experience in global HR/benefits implementations.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Benefits.
  
• Good understanding of SAP HCM processes and HR business processes.
  
• Experience with SAP Payroll integration and employee master data.
  
• Strong knowledge of benefits plans, eligibility rules, enrollment, and deductions.
  
• Experience in SAP HCM implementation, enhancement, or production support.
  
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
