Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our IT Services team as an SAP IBP Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key architect for our supply chain planning initiatives, guiding the organization through the full lifecycle of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, enhancing forecast accuracy, and optimizing inventory levels across the enterprise. As a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our planning processes are robust, scalable, and aligned with global best practices. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead transformative projects that directly impact the company's bottom line and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute end-to-end implementation projects for SAP IBP, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for the SAP IBP environment, resolving complex issues to ensure system stability and performance.
Configure and customize SAP IBP modules to meet specific organizational needs, including demand, supply, and inventory optimization scenarios.
Design and implement robust integration strategies using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Data Services (CPI-DS) to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Develop and refine heuristic and optimization algorithms to enhance supply chain decision-making and responsiveness.
Conduct thorough testing, user training, and change management activities to facilitate smooth adoption of new planning capabilities.
Offer strategic guidance on best practices for SAP IBP Demand and Supply planning, leveraging industry knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain up-to-date certification and technical proficiency to stay ahead of evolving SAP IBP features and industry trends.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven work experience of 3–6 years within the IT Services sector, specifically focusing on SAP IBP solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end SAP IBP implementation lifecycles from requirements gathering to go-live.
Strong background in providing post-go-live support and troubleshooting for SAP IBP environments.
Valid SAP IBP Certification is required to validate technical competency.
Hands-on experience with CPI-DS Integration for connecting SAP IBP with upstream and downstream systems.
Deep functional knowledge of SAP IBP Demand planning and Supply planning modules.
Proficiency in configuring and tuning IBP Heuristic and Optimizer engines for complex supply chain scenarios.
Solid understanding of SAP IBP configuration parameters and their impact on business processes.
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
