About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP M2S Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing-to-Supply (M2S) processes and SAP S/4HANA. The role involves driving process standardization, supporting global rollouts, and enabling digital transformation across manufacturing and supply processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Drive business value and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing-to-Supply (M2S) process in alignment with the overall process strategy.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate, implement, and maintain standardized M2S processes at a global level.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage M2S deployment activities across rollout and implementation projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze and align process changes based on business requirements, standards, regulations, and cross-functional dependencies.

  
  


• 
  

  Support the development of the roadmap for M2S rollout and process maturity improvement.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure sustainable implementation, adoption, and compliance with defined process standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive digitalization and automation within manufacturing and supply processes, including standardized Industry 4.0 solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor relevant KPIs and initiate improvement, transformation, and capability-building initiatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Train and coach business users and functional teams on standardized processes and best practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an international environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Support change management and ensure effective adoption of new processes and solutions.

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  6–10 years of overall experience in SAP PP / Manufacturing processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the Manufacturing area.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong functional expertise in Manufacturing-to-Supply (M2S) processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Extensive experience in manufacturing processes through implementation, rollout, transformation, or operations projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in SAP consulting or manufacturing industry is mandate.
  Experience in Consumer Goods or Retail industries will be an added advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of process standardization, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.

  
  


• 
  

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
