Job Title\n\nSAP S/4HANA Transformation \u2013 CS / SD Consultant\n\nJob Summary\n\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA CS / SD Consultant to support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects. The consultant will work under the guidance of a Module Lead or Solution Architect and contribute to configuration, testing, data migration support, and post\u2013go-live stabilization of Customer Service (CS) and Sales \u0026 Distribution (SD) processes.\n\nThis role focuses on hands-on functional delivery across Service-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.\n\n* * *\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSAP CS \u0026 SD Configuration\n\n * Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD processes including:\n * Sales Order Management\n * Pricing and Condition Techniques\n * Delivery, Shipping, and Billing\n * Credit Management (basic exposure)\n * Configure and support SAP CS processes including:\n * Service Notifications and Service Orders\n * Service Contracts and Warranties\n * Resource-related billing\n * Support CS\u2013SD integration for service and billing processes.\n\n\n\nS/4HANA Transformation Support\n\n * Support ECC to S/4HANA conversions or greenfield implementations.\n * Apply S/4HANA SD and CS simplifications, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics.\n * Assist in Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and requirement clarification.\n\n\n\nIntegration \u0026 Collaboration\n\n * Work closely with MM, WM/EWM, TM, PM, and FI/CO teams to ensure end-to-end integration.\n * Support Business Partner (BP) and customer master data configuration and validation.\n * Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, CPI, middleware) on RICEFW objects and interfaces.\n\n\n\nTesting \u0026 Data Migration\n\n * Prepare and execute unit testing and SIT test cases for CS and SD scenarios.\n * Support UAT, defect resolution, and business user clarification.\n * Assist with data migration validation for customers, service contracts, and open documents.\n\n\n\nGo-Live \u0026 Hypercare\n\n * Support cutover activities for open sales orders, service orders, contracts, and billing.\n * Provide hypercare support, troubleshooting CS / SD issues post go-live.\n * Document issues, resolutions, and process changes.\n\n\n\nDocumentation \u0026 Methodology\n\n * Prepare and maintain:\n * Functional specifications\n * Configuration documents\n * Test scripts and user guides\n * Follow SAP Activate methodology and project documentation standards.\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nRequired Skills \u0026 Experience\n\nSAP CS \u0026 SD Expertise\n\n * 5\u20138 years of SAP functional experience in:\n * SAP SD (Order-to-Cash)\n * SAP CS (Service Management)\n * At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project\n * Strong understanding of sales and customer service processes\n\n\n\nS/4HANA \u0026 Service Knowledge\n\n * Hands-on experience with:\n * S/4HANA SD configuration\n * CS integration with SD and FI\n * Business Partner (BP) concept\n * Exposure to S/4HANA Service Management or FSM is a plus.\n * Knowledge on LeanIX, Signavio for process flow preparation and discussion with business team, is an added advantage\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * SAP S/4HANA or SAP SD / CS certification\n * Experience with SAP Activate methodology\n * Industry exposure to Manufacturing, Utilities, Automotive, or Industrial Equipment\n * Exposure to PM or EWM is an advantage\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nSoft Skills\n\n * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills\n * Good communication and documentation abilities\n * Ability to work effectively in onshore\u2013offshore and multi-country delivery models\n * Willingness to learn and adapt to S/4HANA innovations\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nLocation \u0026 Work Model\n\n * Location: As per project needs\n * Work Model: Hybrid / Onsite / Offshore (project dependent)\n\n\n
