If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a SAP Service Parts Planning Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).\n\nOur client, Daimler Truck North America, a Daimler Truck AG company, is the largest heavy-duty truck manufacturer in North America and a leading producer of medium-duty trucks and specialized commercial vehicles\n\nPosition\u0027s General Duties and Tasks\n\nIn these roles you will be responsible for:\n\nNeeds to have 5+ yrs of experience in implementation \u0026 Support of SAP SPP module\n\n * System Configuration \u0026 Design: Configure SAP APO-SPP or S/4HANA eSPP to handle complex demand patterns, forecasting, inventory balancing, and replenishment.\n * Demand Planning \u0026 Forecasting: Analyze historical demand data and use predictive algorithms/machine learning to forecast demand, especially for low-volume or sporadic parts.\n * Inventory Optimization: Configure stocking/non-stocking decisions, safety stock calculations, and Economic Order Quantities (EOQ) using multi-echelon inventory optimization.\n * Supply Planning \u0026 Deployment: Manage deployment of parts across distribution centers (BOD), including planning purchase requisitions and stock transfers.\n * Integration Support: Ensure seamless functionality between SPP and SAP SD (Sales), MM (Materials Management), and EWM (Warehouse Management).\n * Support \u0026 Testing: Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including testing, training, troubleshooting, and go-live support.\n\n\n\nFlexible to work in different shifts as per project need.\n\nRequirements for this role include:\n\n * Significant experience (often 5+ years) implementing SAP APO-SPP or S/4HANA extended Service Parts Planning.\n * Strong knowledge of the aftermarket supply chain, spare parts distribution networks, and BOM management.\n * Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM or SCM systems\n\n\n\nPreferences: \\- Optional (nice-to-have\u2019s)\n\n * Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, teamwork, and issue resolution.\n * Good consulting skills to gather information requirements and participate in analysis and user interface design discussions.\n\n\n\nRequired schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (05.30am to 05.30 pm PST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements.
