Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM, RMK). Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionality. Configure and customize recruiting workflows, requisition templates, and offer processes. Integrate Recruiting with Onboarding, Employee Central, and external systems. Provide guidance to client HR and IT teams on system optimization. Develop test cases and conduct UAT support. Deliver user training and post-go-live support. Responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning and Career Development modules, helping organizations identify, develop, and retain top talent. Design and implement Succession Planning and Career Development modules. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with HR stakeholders. Configure talent pools, calibration sessions, and career development plans. Support integration with Performance & Goals and Employee Central. Develop dashboards and reports for talent review and succession planning. Train HR users on talent management processes. Implement and configure Performance Management and Goal Management modules. Define and map business requirements for performance cycles, forms, and rating scales. Design continuous performance management and feedback processes. Integrate P&G with Compensation, Succession, and other SuccessFactors modules. Conduct testing, training, and post-go-live support. Design and configure RMK career sites and campaigns. Collaborate with clients on employer branding and candidate engagement strategies. Implement job distribution, social media integration, and SEO optimization. Analyze recruitment marketing analytics and campaign performance. Support integration between RMK and RCM modules. Lead Onboarding implementation projects and manage client expectations. Gather requirements and map onboarding workflows to SuccessFactors functionality. Configure process flows, document management, and integration points. Collaborate with Recruiting and Employee Central teams. Deliver end-user training and support go-live activities. Ensure compliance with organizational onboarding policies. Deep expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK). Understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies. Experience in integrations (e.g., via SAP CPI or middleware). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field. 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 3 full-cycle RCM/RMK implementations. SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification preferred. Strong knowledge of talent management processes. Hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors Succession & CDP modules. Analytical mindset for workforce planning and succession analytics. Excellent presentation and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT. 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. Certification in SuccessFactors Succession & Development is a plus. Strong understanding of performance management frameworks. SuccessFactors configuration experience in PMGM. Ability to advise clients on best practices in goal setting and performance review processes. Excellent stakeholder communication and project documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field. 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least 2 PMGM implementations. SuccessFactors Performance & Goals certification preferred. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors RMK configuration. Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and candidate journey mapping. Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data analytics. Ability to collaborate with creative and HR teams. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, HR, or IT. 4+ years of experience in SuccessFactors RMK implementation. SAP SuccessFactors RMK certification preferred. Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0/2.0. Integration knowledge with RCM and EC. Project leadership and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to translate HR processes into system solutions. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT. 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with multiple Onboarding projects. SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is required.
