DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

Primary Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

3+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or Project Management experience.

Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Agile delivery, and release management practices.

Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM) preferred.

Talents Needed for Success:

Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to drive execution, prioritize work, and manage competing demands.

Proactive problem-solving and impediment removal mindset.

Collaborative leadership with focus on transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Planning, organizational, and reporting skills with attention to detail.
