SDE-2 Frontend

At Saleshandy, we are strengthening our frontend team with engineers who genuinely care about how products feel, not just how they work.

We’re looking for an SDE-2 Frontend Engineer who loves UI, obsesses over UX details, and builds with both speed and craftsmanship. You’ll work on real customer-facing surfaces, ship consistently, and help scale our frontend while collaborating closely with senior engineers, design, and product.

We are a modern frontend team that extensively uses AI coding agents as part of our daily workflow to reduce boilerplate, improve code quality, and spend more time on product thinking rather than repetitive implementation.

Experience: Level: 3–5 years
Core Focus: UI/UX craftsmanship, modern React, performance, component systems, AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor)
Tech Stack: React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Vite, TanStack Query, modern React patterns

What’s the Role About
You’ll be a strong, execution-focused React engineer who truly enjoys building UI. Your work will be primarily React-based translating design and product intent into polished, interactive, and performant interfaces.

You’ll own features end-to-end within your scope: thinking about usability, edge cases, loading states, micro-interactions, and accessibility, not just writing code that “works.”

You’ll contribute to our growing component system, follow (and help refine) frontend standards, and proactively unblock yourself instead of waiting for perfect specs.

We expect you to be a fast, thoughtful, and detail-oriented person who takes pride in great frontend craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Build fast, polished UIs using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Work with TanStack Query for data fetching, caching, and async state
• Apply modern reactive UI patterns and composable component design
• Implement virtualization where needed for large datasets
• Optimize rendering, bundle size, and interaction performance
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and design consistency
• Collaborate closely with product and backend to resolve ambiguity quickly
• Write clean, maintainable code and internal documentation
• Use AI coding agents extensively to accelerate development while maintaining quality
