We are looking for an experienced SDR Manager to build and lead our Outbound Sales Development team from India. The ideal candidate is someone who has progressed through the sales organization—starting as a top-performing hunter (SDR/BDR), moving into an Account Executive role / Successfully leading high-performing SDR teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands what great outbound selling looks like and can coach teams to consistently generate qualified pipeline. 


The successful candidate should have experience selling into India as well as international markets, including APAC, EMEA, and North America, and be comfortable managing teams supporting multiple geographies and time zones. Experience in B2B SaaS is essential, while experience in FinTech or Financial Services is a strong advantage. 


Key Responsibilities 



  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team. 



  • Drive outbound pipeline generation through structured, multi-touch, multi-channel prospecting. 



  • Coach SDRs through call reviews, role plays, objection handling, qualification, and messaging. 



  • Partner with Account Executives, Marketingand Revenue Operations to improve pipeline quality and conversion. 



  • Build repeatable outbound playbooks, sales cadences, and onboarding programs. 



  • Drive CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, forecasting, and process adherence. 



  • Leverage AI and automation to improve SDR productivity and personalization at scale. 


Required Experience & Skills 



  • 6–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2–5 years managing SDR/Business Development teams. 



  • Proven success as an individual contributor in outbound sales before moving into leadership. 



  • Experience selling into India and global markets (APAC, EMEA, and North America). 



  • Strong understanding of modern outbound sales motions, including account-based prospecting and multi-touch outreach strategies across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. 



  • Hands-on experience coaching teams on consultative selling methodologies such as Sandler Selling, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, and structured discovery techniques. 



  • Strong analytical, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 



  • FinTech or Financial Services industry experience is a plus. 


Preferred Technology Stack Experience ( Any) : 



  • CRM : Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM 



  • Sales engagement platforms : Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo.io, or Klenty 



  • Prospecting tools : LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha 



  • Diallers & Conversation intelligence : Aircall, Dialpad, RingCentral, Gong, 



  • AI & Productivity Tools : Clay, Lavender, Notion AI
