Job Description - Section Head-Quality

Description

Quality Management Systems (QMS): Implement and maintain QMS policies and BIS standards to ensure consistent quality.

Raw Material Quality Control: Manage the quality of incoming raw materials and ensure they meet production requirements.

Laboratory Management: Oversee laboratory operations, including inventory management and safety compliance.

Kiln Operation Support: Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for stable kiln operations.

Inventory Management: Maintain quality and stock of incoming raw materials as per production plans.

Safety Compliance Responsibility: Ensure adherence to safety standards during material handling.

Dust Control and Waste Minimization: Promote sustainability initiatives and minimize waste.

Training: Provide on-job training to subordinates for skill development.

Quality Data and Parameters: Update quality data and parameters in SAP and release materials for consumption.
