Description :

A secured loan is a type of borrowing where you provide an asset, such as a home or car, as collateral. This asset acts as security for the lender, which significantly reduces their risk and typically results in lower interest rates and higher borrowing limits compared to unsecured loans.

Types of Secured Loans :

HL - Home / Housing Loan

HF - Home / Housing Finance

LAP - Loan Against Property

ML - Mortgage Loan

AL/VL - Auto Loan / Vehicle Loan

GL - Gold Loan

LAS - Loan Against Securities

LAB - Loan Against Bond

Job Titles / Designations :

Relationship Officer, Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities :

Sales & Marketing of Secured Loan Products such as Housing Finance, Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage Loan, Field / Direct sales etc.

Responsible for acquiring and managing customers via open market.

Guide through the loan application and approval process.

To sell Loans in both Informal & Retail Sector.

Must have Team Handling Role

Requirements

Education : Any Graduate.

Experience : 1+ years in the relevant field.

Age : Maximum 35 Years

Locality : Knowledge of Local areas.

CIBIL : Good CIBIL Score.

Notice Period : Immediate joiners or less than 30days notice preferred.

Stability : Current organization tenure should be greater than 1 year
