Requirements

Should have worked serving end -users primarily towards endpoint security and administration products as below

Anti -virus, EDR, XDR solutions

Active directory user provisioning and de -provisioninig

Data backup of endpoints

Remote support RMM tools e.g. Team viewer, Beyondtrust, Goto Meeting

Thorough understanding of endpoint OS
