As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced finance professional to strengthen our accounting function and support the organization's growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager with 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting to lead core accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing finance teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring robust financial controls. Experience in the renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or EPC sectors will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• 
  

  Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts finalization and financial reporting.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor cash flow, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.

  
  

Taxation & Compliance

• 
  

  Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure timely filing of returns and adherence to financial regulations.

  
  

MIS & Financial Reporting

• 
  

  Prepare and review MIS reports for senior management.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

  
  


• 
  

  Strengthen reporting systems and improve financial visibility across projects.

  
  

Team Leadership

• 
  

  Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team to ensure high-quality financial operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Allocate responsibilities, review deliverables, and support team development.

  
  


• 
  

  Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  
  

Systems & Process Improvement

• 
  

  Drive automation and digitization initiatives across finance and accounting functions.

  
  


• 
  

  Strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with ERP and finance systems to improve operational efficiency.

  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 
  

  CA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance (CA preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting

  
  


• 
  

  Prior experience leading and managing finance or accounts teams

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in the renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or EPC sector preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MIS reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
