Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain
    and strengthen relationships with clients after onboarding, ensuring
    long -term engagement and satisfaction.

  • Manage
    and nurture relationships with existing UHNI clients while actively
    acquiring new UHNI clients through meetings, referrals, and networking.

  • Conduct
    client meetings to understand financial goals, provide personalized
    advisory solutions, and build long -term trust.

  • Convert
    existing and prospective clients by identifying their financial needs
    and presenting suitable advisory solutions.

  • Review
    client portfolios and provide expert recommendations to optimize
    financial outcomes.

  • Present
    research reports, mutual fund updates, and life and health insurance
    solutions to clients.

  • Drive
    revenue through cross -selling and upselling of financial products and
    advisory services.

  • Coordinate
    with the Back Office team to ensure smooth execution of Mutual Fund and
    Health Insurance transactions.

  • Conduct
    research on financial markets, investment products, tax regulations, and
    SEBI circulars impacting advisory services.

  • Collaborate
    with the Research and Advisory teams to develop comprehensive,
    client -centric financial strategies.

  • Act
    as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional
    service and timely resolution of queries and concerns.

  • Gather
    client feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the overall client
    experience.

  • Mentor
    and guide junior advisors by sharing best practices and supporting their
    professional development.

  • Ensure
    all advisory activities comply with SEBI (Investment Advisers)
    Regulations and subsequent amendments.

  • Assist
    in client risk profiling and ensure all recommendations align with the
    client's risk appetite and financial goals.

  • Maintain
    accurate and timely updates of all client interactions, meetings, and
    transactions in the CRM on a daily basis.

  • Achieve
    individual client acquisition, conversion, revenue, and retention
    targets while contributing to the overall team performance.

 

Qualification & Skills:

 

·   Strong relationship
management and client servicing skills.

·   Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

·   Analytical mindset to assess client needs, analyze market trends, and offer strategic
financial solutions.

·   Ability to thrive in a fast -paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and achieve
targets.

 

·   Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (MBA in
Finance preferred).

·   CFP certification is preferred

·   Should have a NISM XA XB qualification

 

Years of Experience:

10 years of relevant experience preferred.

Working Days

Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Sats are off)
