Job Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineering Specialist to design, architect, and deliver enterprise -grade Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Azure AI services, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and AI governance, with experience building production -scale AI applications while mentoring engineering teams and driving AI adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver high -impact GenAI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and risk.
  
• Design and define enterprise AI architecture using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Agent Framework, and reusable GenAI patterns.
  
• Architect and develop production -ready AI solutions including Retrieval -Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI workflows, prompt orchestration, model selection, grounding, and enterprise integrations.
  
• Implement Responsible AI practices by incorporating AI governance, content safety, model evaluation, access controls, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Mentor engineering teams, conduct architecture and design reviews, and establish best practices across LLMOps and enterprise AI development.
  
• Build scalable AI platforms with robust evaluation frameworks, observability, monitoring, cost optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to improve productivity, accelerate time -to -market, and measure AI solution outcomes against business objectives.
  
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical strategy, innovation initiatives, and proof -of -concepts for enterprise AI adoption.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years designing and deploying production GenAI/LLM applications.
  
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets domain.
  
• Strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure Machine Learning, and Prompt Flow.
  
• Hands -on experience building RAG solutions, semantic search, embeddings, vector databases, reranking, retrieval optimization, and evaluation frameworks.
  
• Strong experience with Agentic AI, Microsoft Agent Framework (Semantic Kernel/AutoGen), LangChain, LangGraph, tool calling, and multi -agent orchestration.
  
• Expert -level Python development including asynchronous programming and prompt engineering.
  
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, or similar enterprise data platforms.
  
• Strong understanding of LLMOps, observability, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), AKS, Azure Functions, App Services, and performance optimization.
  
• Experience implementing Responsible AI practices including Azure AI Content Safety, guardrails, prompt injection protection, document -level security, and AI governance.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
  

Good to Have Skills:

• Exposure to fine -tuning, model routing, evaluation -driven development, and enterprise AI governance frameworks.
  
• Knowledge of Azure Landing Zones, enterprise networking, and data governance.
  
• Experience integrating GenAI capabilities into enterprise Java/JVM -based applications.
  
• Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications.
