Senior Analyst - Corporate Social Responsibility

Project
Operations & Implementation

·       Manage end -to -end
operational execution of CSR -funded projects, including planning, onboarding,
implementation, monitoring, and closure.

·       Coordinate with internal
teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely launch and smooth execution
of projects across India.

·       Develop implementation
roadmaps and track milestones to ensure achievement of project deliverables
and outcomes.

·       Support the establishment
and operationalization of skill development centers, including Futuristic
Skills Centres of Excellence (CoEs).

Partner
Onboarding & Due Diligence

·       Lead onboarding of Training
Partners, academic institutions, NGOs, and implementation agencies.

·       Conduct and coordinate due
diligence (technical, financial, legal, and compliance) in line with
organizational policies and donor requirements.

·       Facilitate KYC verification,
documentation, agreement execution, and term sheet preparation.

Fund
Management & Disbursement

·       Manage timely disbursement
of funds based on approved budgets, milestone completion, and necessary
clearances.

·       Track fund utilization and
ensure adherence to approved financial and operational guidelines.

·       Coordinate with finance
teams for reconciliation, utilization certificate review, and budget
monitoring.

Stakeholder
Management

·       Build and maintain strong
relationships with corporates, funding agencies, Training Partners, Sector
Skill Councils, universities, and government stakeholders.

·       Act as the primary
operational interface for donor and partner communication.

·       Facilitate regular review
meetings and resolve operational issues proactively.

Monitoring,
Compliance & Reporting

·       Monitor project performance
against agreed KPIs and outcomes.

·       Ensure compliance with donor
agreements, CSR guidelines, and internal governance requirements.

·       Prepare high -quality MIS,
progress reports, utilization reports, impact summaries, and presentations
for management and funding agencies.

CSR
Fund Mobilization Support

·       Support CSR fundraising
efforts by providing operational inputs for proposals, budgets, and
implementation frameworks.

·       Assist business development
teams in designing scalable and impact -driven project models.

Communication
& Visibility

·       Coordinate project
communication activities, including case studies, success stories, website
updates, social media content, and press releases.
