Senior Architect

1. Coordination with the Architectural Team.

• Review and finalize presentation drawings in collaboration with the sales department.
  
• Coordinate with the Liasoning team to ensure timely sanctioning of project drawings.
  
• Integrate working drawings with structural and MEP plans to ensure cohesive documentation.
  
• Conduct site visits to understand existing conditions, finalize drawings, and approve completed works.
  

2. Coordination with Interior & Landscape Designers.

• Collaborate with the sales department to finalize presentation drawings that align with design intent.
  
• Coordinate working drawings with structural and MEP teams to resolve conflicts and ensure consistency.
  
• Manage material and vendor finalization processes in conjunction with design teams.
  
• Perform site visits as necessary to assess conditions, finalize designs, and approve executed work.
  

3. Coordination with MEP Consultants.

• Collaborate with MEP consultants, architectural, interior, landscape, and structural teams to review, finalize concepts, and approve Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, MEP consultants, and the contracts team to finalize vendor -specific drawings, ensuring integration with all architectural and engineering disciplines.
  
• Facilitate interdisciplinary meetings as required to resolve design conflicts.
  
• Conduct site visits to understand the situation on -site, finalize drawings, and approve completed site work.
  

4. Coordination with Structural Designers.

• Coordinate with architectural, interior, landscape, MEP, and vendor teams to finalize the structural concept.
  
• Review, check, and finalize structural GFC drawings.
  
• Perform site visits as required to understand site conditions, finalize designs, and approve site work.
  

5. Coordination with Site Team.

• Provide GFC drawings and necessary design decisions in coordination with all consultants and vendors to ensure smooth site operations.
  
• Identify site issues and priorities in collaboration with the site team; provide support and coordinate solutions with relevant consultants, the contracts department, and vendors.
  
• Oversee overall execution progress.
  
• Conduct periodical site visits and meetings, establishing a regular rhythm of communication and progress review.
  

6. Coordination with Contracts Department.

• Provide all necessary drawings, material selections, and technical support to assist in vendor finalization.
  
• Oversee and support the finalization of the project budget, bar chart schedules, and vendor selection processes in coordination with the site team.
  
• Conduct periodical meetings with the contracts department regarding vendor finalization to ensure smooth site operations.
  

7. Business Development.

• Coordinate with channel partners (CP), the Liasoning team, and the sales team to provide input for proposals.
  
• Conduct site visits to analyse and understand project potential in collaboration with the Liasoning and sales teams.
  
• Check project feasibility, including block plans, area statements, project costs, revenue projections, and return on investment (ROI), using inputs from the Liasoning, contracts department, and sales teams.
