Senior Architect (MERN Stack, Azure & DevOps)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with expertise in the MERN Stack, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and CI/CD architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, cloud-native solutions, leading technical teams, defining architecture standards, and driving engineering excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end application architecture for enterprise-scale solutions.


• Lead development initiatives using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.


• Establish best practices for React performance optimization, SSR, state management, and frontend architecture.


• Design scalable backend systems, asynchronous processing workflows, and API architectures (REST/GraphQL).


• Mentor engineering teams on modern JavaScript, design patterns, and architecture principles.


• Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure.


• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.


• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform.


• Design and manage containerized environments using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).


• Integrate DevSecOps practices including security scanning and compliance checks.


• Implement blue-green and canary deployment strategies to ensure zero-downtime releases.


• Drive application scalability, reliability, performance, and security initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in software architecture and application development.

• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.


• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns.


• Knowledge of deployment strategies such as Blue-Green and Canary deployments.


• Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
