Senior Architect - Project Execution

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Project Manager with strong handson experience in project execution, commercial fit-outs, retail, healthcare, and turnkey projects. The ideal candidate should be an Architect with a B.Arch qualification who has spent a significant part of their career managing end-to-end project execution, rather than being focused only on design. The candidate should have strong exposure to Greenfield, renovation, and turnkey projects, with the ability to independently manage projects from planning through execution, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end execution of commercial, retail, healthcare, hospitality, and interior fit-out projects.  Lead projects from initial planning and design coordination through BOQ, budgeting, procurement, execution, commissioning, and final handover.  Handle Greenfield and turnkey projects with complete ownership of project execution.  Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, MEP teams, procurement, finance, clients, and other stakeholders.  Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.  Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and specifications.  Manage site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.  Coordinate Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, CCTV, IT, and other MEP services.  Manage contractors and subcontractors and monitor their performance.  Review technical quotations and coordinate with procurement teams for vendor finalization  Ensure proper project documentation, reports, approvals, and compliance.  Identify project risks and proactively implement corrective measures.  Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Experience

 6–10 years of relevant experience in architecture, construction, project execution, or fit-out.  Strong experience in project execution and site management.  Experience handling Greenfield and Turnkey Projects is highly preferred.  Experience in commercial, retail, healthcare, hospitality, corporate, or interior fit-out projects.  Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, BOQ, estimation, procurement, and MEP coordination.  Candidates should have demonstrated experience in taking projects from planning to execution and final handover.

Educational Qualification

 B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory  Candidates must have an Architectural background with relevant project execution experience.
