This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Associate - Business Integration Analyst (O2C) based in India.
This role sits at the heart of a large-scale ERP transformation program focused on standardizing and modernizing Order-to-Cash processes within a global SAP S/4HANA environment. You will contribute to the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of end-to-end O2C solutions that support critical financial and operational workflows. The position requires strong SAP functional expertise combined with hands-on involvement in system implementation activities, including data migration, testing, and cutover support. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global program members to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions. Beyond implementation, you will play a key role in ensuring system stability during hypercare and post-go-live phases. This is a high-impact role within a complex transformation program where precision, collaboration, and process excellence are essential.
Accountabilities:
- Support the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions aligned with global business requirements and standardized ERP processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations.
- Participate in end-to-end testing activities, including test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and resolution support.
- Assist in data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation for O2C-related processes.
- Support cutover planning, execution, and post-go-live hypercare activities to ensure smooth transition from legacy systems.
- Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure SAP SD integration with Finance, billing, pricing, and contract management processes.
- Document system configurations, business processes, and functional designs to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP transformation program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on SAP experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, preferably within S/4HANA environments.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD, including billing, pricing, invoicing, contract management, and revenue-related processes.
- Experience supporting ERP implementation lifecycle activities such as testing, cutover, data migration, and production support.
- Understanding of SAP integration with Finance (FI), Accounts Receivable, and related modules.
- Ability to create functional documentation, process flows, and business requirement specifications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in complex system environments.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.
