Position: Direct Tax Advisory
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Advise clients on complex direct tax matters, including BEPS, GAAR, indirect transfers, restructuring, and tax planning.
✅ Review client information, analyze business operations, and identify tax-efficient restructuring opportunities.
✅ Conduct technical research and prepare tax opinions, memos, reports, and client presentations.
✅ Build strong client relationships by delivering practical and commercially focused tax solutions.
✅ Support business development by preparing proposals, pitch presentations, engagement letters, and identifying new business opportunities.
✅ Mentor and coach team members, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and technical development.
✅ Contribute to knowledge management by publishing technical articles, research papers, and sharing industry updates.
✅ Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and external forums to enhance brand visibility and professional networking.

Preferred Candidate:

✔ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
✔ Strong experience in Direct Tax Advisory with expertise in corporate taxation and tax litigation/advisory.
✔ Excellent analytical, research, drafting, and client management skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple assignments and lead teams effectively.
