Job Tittle: Senior Associate Engineer - Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops manufacturing processes, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
• Create process flows, process requirements and manufacturing work instruction for product.
• Define Material Masters, Bill of Materials and routings in SAP and validate the same with drawing requirements.
• Exposure to production floor layout and define facility requirements
• Co-ordinate with Supply Chain to identify procurement sources, interact with vendors for the procurement, installation, verification and validation
• Perform capacity analysis for meeting customer demand volumes.
• Train and develop recruited operators
• Co-ordinate with multiple functions like Procurement, Quality, Planning etc. to ensure product line readiness
• Work as Manufacturing team along with multiple functions to set up product line
• Interact with US counterparts / customers to understand requirements etc.

Qualifications:

• B.E in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
