Senior Associate/AM - Content and Pedagogy

Roles and Responsibilities:

The content team at organization develops content for paramedical courses with a vision to scale organizations classroom program across the nation. The type of content being developed by the content team includes:

• Technical subject related content for both theory and practical 
• Soft skills content

The associate / senior associate is responsible for:

• Creating and reviewing all the education content from a pedagogy perspective (E-learning modules, textbook handouts, presentations, medical animations, educational videos, case studies, etc.) for different paramedical programs
• Designing assessments for both formative and summative evaluation
• Presenting and recording educational content in Hindi and English videos
• Ensuring content compliance with the editorial guidelines
• Coordinating with all the team members to ensure timely and high quality deliverables
• Making internal process improvements in the content development process

The Successful Applicant:

• Strong hold on learning pedagogy
• 2-3 years experience in educational content and assessment creation
• Good written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other content creation tools
• Proficiency in English and Hindi language
• Strong proof-reading skills with top-notch grammar
