KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS â
⢠Manage BI solutions (portals, dashboards, standard, and ad-hoc reporting) with a specific focus on data management, and data warehouse architecture
⢠Provide technical direction and mentoring to a team of developers who develop and build solutions using our enterprise Data tools (Access, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Server, Power BI, and Power View & Scribe)
⢠Ensuring team members are following best practices within the SDLC structure while overseeing, planning and estimating project needs
⢠Maintains resource forecast and resolves resource conflict and risk. Ensures utilization of investment allocated to the team through the balance of projects, goals, and training Designing & developing dimensions, hierarchies & cubes
⢠Develop calculated measures using MDX
⢠Designing and deploying reports in SharePoint/Dynamics 365 a plus
⢠Provides oversight and mentoring to the BI Development team
⢠Achieves and maintains relevant technical competencies and helps to foster an environment of continuous growth and learning among colleagues on existing and emerging technologies
⢠Pass certification exams and strive to become a recognized expert on key technologies
PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND FOR THIS ROLE â
⢠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE -
⢠Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise-class ETL/BI tools (Microsoft SQL/SSRS/SSIS/SSAS/Power BI)
⢠Deep analytical experience and understanding of typical information technology processes
⢠Experience in Azure Data Factory integration, Azure Integration Services
⢠Experience with software testing, report writing and database management
⢠Experience with requirements gathering and documentation processes
⢠Experience with Fetch XML a plus
⢠Experience with designing packages in SSIS
⢠Experience with Scribe, Dynamics 365 and Power BI is a big plus
