Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a high -performing Senior Business Analyst
– Strategy, Growth & Transformation to support strategic growth
initiatives, enterprise -wide transformation programs, and business excellence
across diversified business verticals.

This
role is designed for a commercially astute and analytically strong professional
who can identify growth opportunities, solve complex business challenges,
enhance operational efficiency, and partner with leadership teams to deliver
measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business
Growth & Strategic Development

• Identify and evaluate new
  business opportunities, expansion avenues, partnerships, and strategic
  alliances across sectors.
  
• Support leadership in
  developing market -entry, diversification, and growth strategies aligned
  with business priorities.
  
• Prepare high -impact
  business proposals, commercial models, investment notes, and executive
  presentations.
  
• Drive opportunity pipeline
  management, bid participation, proposal responses, and conversion support.
  
• Conduct market
  intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and sector trend analysis to
  support decision -making.
  

Business
Analysis & Value Creation

• Understand and analyze
  business processes across multiple industries and operating environments.
  
• Identify problem
  statements, operational bottlenecks, and business improvement
  opportunities.
  
• Conduct feasibility
  studies, ROI analysis, and business case development.
  
• Translate business
  requirements into scalable operating models, process improvements, and
  technology -enabled solutions.
  
• Recommend initiatives for
  productivity enhancement, cost optimization, and service excellence.
  

Transformation
& Digital Initiatives

• Partner with business
  leaders to identify transformation opportunities.
  
• Support implementation of
  digital transformation programs including workflow automation, analytics,
  and AI -led initiatives.
  
• Gather and document
  business requirements, functional specifications, user journeys,
  workflows, and solution blueprints.
  
• Turn ambiguous business
  challenges into structured action plans with clear ownership and
  timelines.
  
• Track benefits realization
  and ensure delivery of measurable business impact.
  

Stakeholder
& Executive Management

• Engage with CXOs, business
  heads, functional leaders, consultants, and technology partners.
  
• Present insights,
  recommendations, business cases, and progress updates to senior
  leadership.
  
• Facilitate cross -functional
  workshops, alignment forums, and governance reviews.
  
• Build consensus across
  teams and drive timely execution of strategic initiatives.
  
• Support change management,
  communication, and user adoption programs.
  

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in
  Business Analysis, Strategy, Consulting, Transformation, or Business
  Development roles.
  
• Proven experience working
  in complex, multi -stakeholder enterprise environments.
  
• Exposure to growth
  strategy, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.
  
• Proven experience in
  digital transformation, business process optimization, and enterprise
  change initiatives.
  

Functional
Skills

• Strong business acumen with
  ability to connect strategy to execution.
  
• Expertise in requirement
  gathering, BRD/FRD, process mapping, UAT, and change management.
  
• Experience with ERP, CRM,
  workflow systems, analytics platforms, or enterprise applications.
  
• Strong commercial
  orientation with experience in proposals, bids, partnerships, and
  strategic planning.
