Job Description - Senior Client Service Associate

The Senior Associate, Client Management, plays a crucial role in managing and executing client-related processes, particularly focusing on bulk updates, deceased and bankruptcy cases, and GDPR compliance activities. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bulk Updates Management:
    • Coordinate and execute bulk updates to client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to streamline processes and improve data management systems.
  • Deceased and Bankruptcy Case Handling:
    • Manage and process cases involving deceased clients and bankruptcies, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.
    • Liaise with legal teams, external partners, and family members to facilitate smooth transitions and resolve any issues.
  • GDPR Compliance Activities:
    • Ensure all client data management activities comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews of data handling processes to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client management, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of legal processes related to deceased and bankruptcy cases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
