Job Description - Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant with experience in ERP transformation and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a consulting background and experience working with enterprise ERP solutions, preferably SAP. This role requires strong stakeholder management, business process understanding, and the ability to support ERP transformation initiatives across cross -functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
Support ERP implementation, transformation, migration, and optimization projects.
Analyze and document business processes and recommend improvements aligned with ERP capabilities.
Work closely with business, technology, and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate workshops, requirement -gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Assist in solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
Develop project documentation, process maps, business requirements, and status reports.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.

Requirements

4–8 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or transformation projects.

Experience working with SAP or other enterprise ERP platforms.

Strong understanding of business processes across functions.

Experience managing stakeholder interactions and cross -functional teams.

Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast -paced, collaborative environment.
