Job Description

Role: Senior Consultant – Advisory
Band: B2
Location: PAN India​‌

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current business processes and identify transformation opportunities.


• Conduct business analysis, process assessment, and solution design.


• Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders and client teams to gather requirements and recommend future-state solutions.


• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, dashboards, and consulting deliverables.


• Support transformation programs involving Automation, RPA, AI and process optimization.


• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and solution playback sessions.

Required Experience

• MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute with 2–4 years consulting experience OR


• Graduate with 6–8 years relevant consulting/advisory experience.

Preferred Functional Experience

• Finance & Accounting (F&A)
