What you’ll be doing

We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin:

The Analyst will be pivotal in managing and analyzing data related to demand, supply,people allocation, and process implementation. This role encompasses the development and maintenance of MIS systems, generating insightful reports, and ensuring data accuracy to support effective decision -making in Staffing. The Analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless Staffing processes.

Data Management, Reporting, and Analysis:

• Track core metrics: activation, spend, utilization,
  delinquency (DPD), charge -offs, and CLTV
  
• Analyze end -to -end credit card lifecycle
  (onboarding → underwriting → usage → collections)
  
• Support real -time credit decisioning (limit
  assignment, risk scoring, line increases)
  
• Detect fraud patterns using transaction -level data
  and behavioural signals
  
• Build dashboards for product, risk, and growth
  teams
  
• Perform cohort, funnel, and A/B testing for
  acquisition and engagement
  
• Work with alternative data (device, bureau,
  transaction) for underwriting improvements
  
• Collect, update, and maintain the demand and supply
  database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  
• Drive internal governance within the team for data
  completeness, accuracy, and adherence to process compliance.
  
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of staffing data
  across all tools and systems.
  
• Generate regular and ad -hoc reports on demand
  
• Analyze data and processes to identify trends and
  areas for improvement and automation.
  
• Maintain and update staffing metrics, providing
  actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  
• Strive to build and drive automation in reports,
  data management, and internal processes                   
  

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with Leadership, PMs, and other
  stakeholders to ensure process compliance and effective data collection.
  
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to
  various stakeholders. optimize demand fulfilment, and enhance operational
  efficiency.
  

What you’ll need

Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering impactful
outcomes for customers.

• 3–5
  years in fintech / digital lending / payments analytics with 2 years relevant
  experience in credit card(preferred)
  
• Deep
  understanding of credit card business dynamics including billing cycles,
  interest computations, and revenue drivers
  
• Experience
  in data analytics within fintech, banking, or financial services
  
• Strong
  expertise in SQL and Excel; advanced proficiency in Python or R for data
  analysis and modelling
  
• Hands -on
  experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  
• Understanding
  of credit risk + card economics (interchange, revolvers vs transactors)
  
• Familiarity
  with card networks (Visa/Mastercard) and digital payments ecosystem
  
• Proven track record of driving data
  accuracy and integrity within an organization.
  
• Experience in automating reports and
  internal processes.
  
• Detail -oriented and organized, with
  the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Strong analytical and
  problem -solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  
• Excellent communication and
  interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  Suite, SQL, G -Suite, particularly Excel (including macros) and PowerPoint.
  
• Strong time -management skills to
  handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  
• Ability to work independently and
  collaboratively in a team -oriented environment.
  
• Positive attitude and a willingness
  to learn.
