Job Description - Senior - Digital Finance CoE - D365 Functional

Description

Operational:

•

•Oversee the dynamic configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications, with a focus on continually aligning them with evolving business needs.

•Implement and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems, using advanced tools like Logic Apps and Web Services to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

•Proactively utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS) to streamline environment setup, monitor system performance, and facilitate rapid deployment of solutions across business units.

Functional:

•

•Lead a team of D365 specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentoring.

•Innovate and develop complex workflows, business rules, and security models that enhance operational processes and drive user engagement within the platform.

•Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including automated testing and user acceptance testing, ensuring system robustness and high-quality deliverables.

•Manage the integration of D365 with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows.

Responsibilities

Strategic:

•Lead the identification and integration of new Dynamics 365 features and releases into existing systems, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in client operations.

•Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to leverage Dynamics 365 for finance transformation, optimizing processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

•Partner with clients to design scalable solutions that align with their business goals, industry trends, and regulatory requirements using Dynamics 365.

Client Interactions:

•Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, guiding them through the Dynamics 365 implementation journey and helping them achieve measurable business outcomes.

•Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions with global finance teams to gather requirements, demonstrate Dynamics 365 solutions, and drive user adoption.

Provide ongoing support and insights to clients, helping them navigate changes and maximize the benefits of Dynamics 365 F&O in transforming their finance functions..

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have the below

Educational qualifications

•Minimum Qualification Required: B. Tech/MBA from a recognized Tier-1 institute.

•Professional Certifications Required: CPA / CA / ICWA / CMA / CIMA / ACCA or similar.

Work experience

•Total Number of Years of Work Experience: 4+ years.

•Relevant Number of Years of Work Experience Required: 4+ Years.

•Special Call Outs on the Nature of Work Experience: Experience in client-facing roles with demonstrated skills in business process improvement and technology implementation. (Preferably from Big 4 or other consulting firms)
