Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization aligned to ROAS, CAC, LTV, and payback targets
Forecast and track channel-level revenue contribution and efficiency
Execution & OptimizationPlan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns with a strong focus on profitability and revenue scale
Build structured, data-driven campaign frameworks to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA
Run rigorous A/B experiments across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and funnels
Partner closely with Product, Analytics, and Design teams to improve conversion rates and reduce revenue leakage
Affiliate & Channel ExpansionBuild and scale Affiliate Marketing programs across partners, publishers, and platforms
Optimize affiliate performance, payouts, fraud controls, and incremental revenue contribution
Identify new channels, growth experiments, and scaling opportunities including programmatic platforms
Data, Reporting & Budget OwnershipOwn performance reporting across ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV, CTR, conversion rates, and cohort performance
Manage and optimize multi-crore monthly ad budgets with strict ROI discipline
Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and performance best practices
