Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Digital Analytics.

The candidate should have a strong analytical and creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage digital marketing campaigns, projects, and client accounts.

Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, or international markets will be an added advantage.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual campaigns.
  
• Conduct competitor, market, and audience research.
  
• Identify new marketing channels, trends, and growth opportunities.
  
• Take ownership of digital marketing performance and measurable business results.
  

2. SEO

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website SEO audits.
  
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, and site structure.
  
• Improve organic rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions.
  
• Manage backlink and link-building strategies.
  
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and SEO KPIs.
  
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
  

3. PPC / SEM / Paid Advertising

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and other paid campaigns.
  
• Manage keywords, ad copies, audiences, bidding strategies, budgets, and campaign structures.
  
• Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, ROI, and ROAS.
  
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
  
• Optimize campaigns for better lead quality, conversions, and cost efficiency.
  
• Identify new paid marketing opportunities.
  

4. Social Media Marketing

• Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns.
  
• Manage content calendars and social media activities.
  
• Create engaging content for relevant platforms.
  
• Monitor reach, engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions.
  
• Analyze performance and recommend improvements.
  
• Stay updated with social media trends and algorithms.
  

5. Email Marketing

• Plan and execute email marketing and lead-nurturing campaigns.
  
• Create engaging email content, subject lines, CTAs, and campaign flows.
  
• Manage audience segmentation and email lists.
  
• Develop campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, engagement, and retention.
  
• Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and campaign performance.
  
• Conduct A/B testing and maintain email marketing best practices.
  

6. Content Marketing

• Develop original content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, landing pages, and other channels.
  
• Create SEO-friendly content supporting organic growth and lead generation.
  
• Develop content strategies based on business goals and target audiences.
  
• Coordinate with design, development, and other teams for marketing assets.
  
• Ensure content is accurate, engaging, relevant, and brand-aligned.
  
• Use AI-based tools effectively for content research, ideation, and productivity.
  

7. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  
• Analyze traffic, organic growth, leads, conversions, campaign performance, and acquisition metrics.
  
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
  
• Measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.
  
• Present reports and recommendations to management and clients when required.
  

8. Client & Account Management

• Interact with clients to understand marketing objectives and requirements.
  
• Manage and optimize client digital marketing accounts.
  
• Develop customized strategies based on client goals.
  
• Communicate campaign progress, performance, and recommendations.
  
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports.
  
• Maintain professional client relationships and handle queries.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  

9. Team Collaboration & Ownership

• Coordinate with content, design, development, sales, and other teams.
  
• Guide and share knowledge with junior marketing team members.
  
• Review campaign performance and ensure quality execution.
  
• Take ownership of projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  
• Contribute innovative ideas and strategies for business growth.

• Proven experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
  
• Strong understanding of website traffic, lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing funnels.
  
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
