Brief Job Overview
The Senior Director, Global Commercial Enablement (GCE) serves as the senior leader for USP's Commercial Operations team, providing executive leadership for a growing global commercial hub that enables the delivery of critical business capabilities supporting commercial execution, customer experience, strategic insights and operational excellence.
As a part of the India Leadership team and Senior Director, Commercial Enablement, this role is responsible for cultivating a high performing culture, drive engagement, and scale organization that empowers global commercial functions to execute effectively. The Senior Director will provide leadership across a diverse portfolio of teams—including Customer Success, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Strategy, Insights & Analytics, and Product Management—while partnering closely with global functional leaders who retain ownership of functional strategy, priorities, and business outcomes.
This leader champions organizational excellence by building leadership capability, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the Commercial team operates as a trusted, high-impact extension of USP's global commercial organization. Success in this role requires the ability to influence across a highly matrixed, multinational environment while balancing strategic leadership, operational discipline, and people development. Successful candidates will possess the ability to inspire people, influence without direct functional authority, strengthen organizational capability, and create an environment where global commercial teams can consistently deliver exceptional business outcomes.
