Senior Engneer - Civil Execution

Job Purpose:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Site Engineers and Foremen.
  
• Plan and manage the execution of all construction activities within your designated area or discipline.
  
• Serve as the main technical point of contact for your discipline, resolving complex on -site issues.
  
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth workflow and avoid clashes.
  
• Lead progress review meetings with the contractor’s team for your package of work.
  
• Ensure that all works are executed in strict accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  
• Review and approve contractor’s resource planning (manpower and machinery).
  
• Assist the Project Manager in progress reporting and schedule updates for your area.

Qualifications:

• B.E. / B. Tech in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil).
  
  

Experience:

• 8 to 12 years of hands -on experience in site execution, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead engineer role.
  
• High -Rise Residential with Aluminium Form work Construction
