Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Assist in lead generation, client engagement, and building long -term relationships.
• Support preparation of proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective clients and
partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to support business
growth.
Strategy & Management Support
• Work directly with senior management on strategic initiatives and decision -making.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership reviews.
• Assist in creating investor/board presentations, business plans, and strategic decks.
• Track industry trends and recommend actionable insights for company positioning.
Operations & Coordination
• Coordinate with cross -functional teams to ensure smooth execution of BD and strategy
projects.
• Manage and maintain documentation, follow -ups, and progress tracking.
• Support in organizing management reviews, client meetings, and business events
Requirements
Key Requirements
• MBA (mandatory) with specialisation in Marketing, Strategy, or General
Management preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in business development, consulting, or strategy
roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and present insights effectively.
• High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to work in a fast -paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business purposes.
