Job Description - Senior Executive - Finance

Role Description : Ensure timely and accurately accounting, Reporting and payment

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory management – Reporting, control, and analysis of movement etc.
Product Costing – Cost run and product cost analysis
Manufacturing cost analysis and comparison between plan vs actuals
Fixed assets management – capitalization and reporting
Yearly budgeting and rolling quarterly forecast.
Accounting finalization monthly and yearly reporting as per HQ requirement
Implementation and following of IFC in every area.
Responsible for the daily accounting of vendor invoices & Ensuring expenses bills are cleared as
per the company policy/process/ practices.
Ensuring various General Ledgers are reconciled without any aging item.
Circulating Daily MIS on various key control activities
Supporting auditors with documents for audit
Inventory management – Reporting, control, and analysis of movement etc.

Requirements

Skills require:

1. Monthly MIS reporting and analysis.

2. Plant Financial Planning & Analysis - Periodic scrutiny of all ledger accounts, including vendor & customer account review and reconciliation

3. Accounting & Controllership – accounting of invoices, account payables, account reconciliations, fixed assets management.

4. Hands on experience in Inventory, Product cost and Fixed Assets management

5. Expert on MS Office & ERP Accounting Software / SAP.
